A twilight session happens on location in the short window after the sun goes down, while the sky still holds its color and the home’s lights can glow against it. We’re on-site through that window, adjusting exposure as the light shifts minute to minute.
The result shows the property the way it looks pulling into the driveway at dusk: soft sky color, warm windows, and light falling across the architecture. The dusk light, glowing windows, and lit landscaping are all real. If we enhance a sky in editing, that photo is marked “Virtually Altered” so you can disclose it on the MLS.

Add a twilight session when you book. Sessions run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, so book early to get the date you want.

We arrive before sunset, set up for the property’s orientation, and shoot through the changing light to catch the moment sky and lights balance.

The price is the same for every home size. Twilight is added to a package rather than booked on its own, so the daytime photos and the twilight set arrive as one listing.
Travel within 39 miles is free. A $25 trip charge applies at 40–55 miles and $40 beyond that, calculated automatically when you book.
